I Run

The Whole

Stack.

Most consultants own one lane. I've run the entire environment — solo. Networks, servers, compute, B.C.D.R., V.O.I.P., C.C.T.V., web, email, security, and everything in between. If it keeps an operation running, I've built it, managed it, or fixed it.

// Core Capability Pillars

Full-Environment I.T. Management

Solo management of complete S.M.B. environments — servers, workstations, mobile, V.O.I.P., C.C.T.V., networking, and peripherals. One person. Full accountability. No gaps.

Backup, Continuity & Disaster Recovery

B.C.D.R. strategy design and implementation for small and medium operations. Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade solutions including Datto. Your data survives. Your operation continues.

Web, Email & Digital Operations

WordPress management, email marketing platform setup and management, C.R.M. and contact database architecture, third-party software integration. The digital side of your operation, handled.

Security Practices & Vendor Accountability

Security posture assessment, access control policy, secrets and credential management, staff guidance. I tell you what needs tightening and why. Engagements require clients who act on that guidance.

Infrastructure Architecture & Advisory

Systems architecture design, M.S.P. vetting and referral, technology stack assessment, operational process design. For organizations that need someone who thinks in systems, not just tickets.

Hardware Sourcing & Deployment

Authorized Lenovo partner with direct O.E.M. access. End-to-end hardware procurement, configuration, and deployment for S.M.B. clients. Sourced right, set up right, handed off clean.

// OPERATOR_PROFILE

The systems I build reflect how I think — structured, resilient, and designed to hold under pressure. That's not a positioning statement. It's what happened when I had no choice but to figure things out alone.

I am self-taught across every discipline I practice. No institution gave me a framework. I built each one by necessity — by staying in the problem until it broke open. Infrastructure, communications, security, operations. I didn't study these fields. I built inside them until I understood how they fail, and then I built them so they wouldn't.

I've worked alone on systems that had no room for error. I've also built the teams and processes that run without me. Both matter. The goal is always the same: the mission succeeds, the infrastructure holds, and whoever trusted me with it never has to think about it again.

I don't take every engagement. I take the ones where I can be genuinely useful — where the complexity is real, the stakes are high, and someone needs a builder who thinks in systems, not a vendor who thinks in invoices. I don't overcharge. I don't underdeliver. I don't disappear when it gets hard.

What I bring isn't a title. It's a track record of showing up, figuring it out, and leaving things better than I found them.

I am easy to work with. I get it done. I have served — and I will be of service.

How This Works

I work with small and medium operations, not-for-profits, and independent businesses that need a technically capable person who can assess, advise, and execute — not just recommend and disappear.

I work across domains. If your operation has a technology problem — infrastructure, continuity, web, operations, security, hardware — I can assess it and either solve it directly or connect you with the right vetted resource from my network.

One condition applies to every engagement: if I identify a security or operational risk and document my recommendation, the client acts on it or the engagement ends. That standard exists because it has been tested. It is non-negotiable.

Consultation Requests

I read every inquiry personally. Capacity is limited. Inquiries are reviewed and responded to within the week.
